'Psych' Musical: Season 7 Will Include Two-Hour Special

"Psych" Season 7 will include a two-hour musical.

"Psych" Season 7 won't be the same old song and dance.

Known for its homages to other characters and genres, "Psych," USA's comedy starring James Roday as Shawn and Dule Hill as Gus, will air a two-hour musical with entirely original music.

"Our musical episode is happening," "Psych" creator Steve Franks, told TV Line. "We're doing our own songs and these guys are awesome," he added.

Franks confirmed the "Psych" musical at "Psych's" Comic-Con panel:

The "Psych" musical is expected to air towards the end of Season 7 at a different time than the show's usual time slot.
